Cabo San Lucas is very safe for vacation. But you have to know that during the summer it is Storm time. Hurricane season is from September 1 till October 15. Most hotels are pretty safe even in storm times. But be aware of dangerours hotels that are built in dry rivers that can be very pretty but during storm or hurricane you not only be trapped there but your live can be in jeopardy. Best example, Riu Santa Fe. Don t ever stay there during summer time.
